Harmonious Relationships

In this workshop we’ll look at a particular common dynamic that happens in human relationships, and can have a huge impact on the way we experience ourselves, others and life.

Learn about the Drama Triangle (or come for a refreshing reminder if you already know about it!), how its three roles – Victim, Persecutor and Rescuer – can play out in relationship with yourself and with others, and how to empower yourself to step out of the Triangle.

The workshop IS relevant if you are at home alone in lockdown, as the Triangle often plays out within us, between different parts of ourselves, and in our “long distance” relationships with others.

In this one-hour workshop you will be supported to:

  • Reflect upon how the Drama Triangle plays out in your own life
  • Reflect upon which role(s) you tend toward most and the situations and/or relationships in which you most easily step into the triangle
  • Bring curiosity and kindness to yourself and others as you become aware of Triangle dynamics playing out
  • Learn about how you can step out of the Triangle and create more harmony in your relationships
  • Bring what you have discovered and learned in the workshop into your everyday life

Loving Self-Care

What is Self-Care? How do we care for ourselves with love? What gets in the way?

In this 90-minute workshop, you will be supported to:

  • Reflect upon what self-care means for you
  • Bring greater awareness to the ways you have been caring for yourself, and the ways you might be neglecting yourself 
  • Reflect upon what gets in the way, and how you can more generously give yourself the loving self-care you need at this time
  • Identify your personal top self-care priorities
  • Bring what you have discovered and learned in the workshop into your everyday life

Would You Love The Freedom To Say No To What You Don’t Want?

Many people find it difficult to say NO to what they don’t want (which can affect our ability to say YES to what we DO want). 

In this workshop you will be supported to:

  • Learn to say No in the situations and relationships in which you find it difficult
  • Be closely in touch with your own No and Yes feelings
  • Express your No clearly and kindly
  • Be who you really are and express your real, authentic self 
  • Bring what you have discovered and learned in the workshop into your everyday life
